As a savings comparison website (www.savingschampion.co.uk) with a unique rate tracking service, the savings product data underpinning our website is crucial to our success. With Mark's help, we successfully completed the first phase of the implementation of our Salesforce based CRM system by moving this product data into Salesforce. And we're about to complete the 2nd phase of our Salesforce implementation which will replace the existing Excel based system for managing all of our customer contacts. Throughout the project Mark has demonstrated an excellent grasp of the complexities of our business and an outstanding ability to turn that understanding into a working system. I've been working with Mark at SLS to develop our CRM (we are a small placement agent / advisory firm comprising <10 staff) and have found the experience to be wholly positive. From our initial scoping / quoting meeting, Mark has always been very friendly and accommodating (for example, he has been happy to work late at night and on weekends to suit our schedule). He is particularly hard working and has been quick to understand the requirements of our system, using his own judgment / initiative to suggest improvements or alternative solutions, and has met the agreed deadlines for implementation (also accommodating delays which were our fault, not his). I didn't have any concerns really; our system has taken longer to implement than I had expected, but that's mainly been due to my own other commitments and turnaround time. We originally reached out to a number of service providers, and SLS was the most impressive of those to whom we sent the invitation (we especially liked that SLS's staff are able to give actual advice and do the programming themselves, instead of segregating the business between sales consultants and programmers). Delighted with our choice... following the initial development and roll-out of our CRM, SLS has continued to be available and value additive, tweaking the system and adding additional features as required. We are particularly impressed by the continued level of knowledge and familiarity of our system, given that it's just one of many that SLS works on.

We used Silver Lined Solutions to transfer our data from our old and expired access database to salesforce. Dealing with them couldn't have been better.
